FASS Duramax 6.6L Fuel Filter Bowl (2001-2016) - Chevy Duramax

• After the installation of a FASS Fuel Air Separation System the factory fuel filter is no longer needed and can be easily removed by using this Factory Fuel Filter Bowl Kit.
• Note: This system must be used with another form of fuel filtration, such as our Platinum or Titanium FASS Fuel Air Separation Systems.
• Comes pre-equipped with a gauge port for those that wish to monitor fuel pressure

The factory fuel filter on the Duramax powered engines is not only difficult to replace because of its awkward positioning, but is also expensive. For those that have added an aftermarket fuel filtration system, or a lift pump with an integrated filtration system, such as FASS, you no longer even NEED to have this troublesome filter on the truck any longer. FASS now allows you to eliminate this by installing their Duramax Filter Bowl in place of the stock fuel filter. As an added bonus, this comes pre-equipped with a gauge port for those that wish to monitor fuel pressure.

With a FASS Fuel System or other aftermarket filtering system downstream of the stock filter, we are able to totally remove the OEM Filter, thus eliminating the time and costs associated with a new filter and install every 5-10K miles. Our revolutionary bowl design will screw on in place of the stock filter allowing fuel to flow through unrestricted while also offering a gauge port if the end user wishes to monitor fuel pressure!
